My son did a Rifle Merit Badge for Scouting America with Michael Fleder. Michael was an amazing instructor, and my son learned so much in terms of rifle safety, different shell types, different types of rifles and different loading mechanisms. Michael was extremely patient with all scouts and at the range, worked hard to help the scouts learn to shoot the target and work through the badge requirements. Michael worked with the shooting range to ensure that the scouts working on the badge would have ample time and space to work through the requirements and even brought friends who helped to advise and guide the scouts. Highly recommend Michael's class!
